Accommodation

General conditions

• Kenes will not accept reservations by phone. Reservations must be made by filling out the Online Accommodation Form. One form per person. An acknowledgment of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once you complete the form, if you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: registration@urolap2023.com
• Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once the corresponding payment has been received, a reservation confirmation voucher will be sent to you by e-mail. Please review the documentation carefully.
• All payments must be made in Euros, below we detail the available payment methods:
  • Payment by credit card online: once you choose this form of payment at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a bank page with security enabled.
  • Bank transfer: once you choose this form of payment you will receive the necessary data from our bank account to make the corresponding payment. This option will be available until October 2, 2023.

Cancellations or Changes

• All cancellations or name changes must be submitted in writing to AM Conferences: registration@urolap2023.com
• It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation without cancellation fees as long as the secretary is informed before October 10, 2023, with a cost of €50 for administrative expenses. After that date, name change will not be possible.
• Cancellations received until August 22, 2023 will be penalized with the payment of one night.
• Cancellations received after August 23, 2023 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
• No partial or total refunds will be made in case of cancellation of conferences due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the program.
